Take I-295 South over the Delaware Memorial Bridge and
exit onto I-95 South
Take Exit 4A to SR-1 South
Take SR-1 South to Exit 136 for SR-299 towards Middletown
Right onto Middletown Odessa Road
Left onto Middletown Warwick Road/Route 301
Continue on Rt 301 12 Miles to MD-291 12 miles to Chestertown
Turn right Route 20 South 12 miles into Rock Hall
Route 20 is Rock Hall Avenue and Osprey Point is on the right, one mile from the blinking light in the center of town.
Directions from Philadelphia and Pennsylvania:
Take 95 South to 495 Port of Wilmington Back to I-95 South
Take Exit 4A to SR-1 South
Take SR-1 South to Exit 136 for SR-299 towards Middletown
Right onto Middletown Odessa Road
Left onto Middletown Warwick Road/Route 301
Continue on Rt 301 12 Miles to MD-291 12 miles to Chestertown

Take Route 50/301 across the Bay Bridge
Follow 301 to the Centerville Exit
Take Exit 25 Merge onto MD-213 North to Centerville
Turn left at N Cross St/MD-289 and immediately right onto High Street
Merge onto Route 20 South towards Rock Hall
Take Route 20 South 12 miles into Rock Hall
Route 20 is Rock Hall Avenue and Osprey Point is on the right one mile from the blinking light in the center of town.
