POLICIES
Each room includes a continental breakfast and is based on double occupancy.

All rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.

There is a $20.00 charge for each additional guest.

Discount of 5% for three or more consecutive night stays, excluding holidays.

There is a two night minimum on peak season weekends.

Check- in is after 2pm, check out is 11am.

48hr cancellation notice is required on all reservations.

Seasonal rates apply on holiday weekends.
