Late Check-In Procedure:

Please note that the inn office closes at 5:00 pm.  When arriving after 5:00 pm, you will find a late check-in box upstairs next to the Main Inn office door. The box will contain an envelope with your name and your room’s name on the front. Inside of it you will find your key(s), a late check-in letter, and directions to your particular room.

Check-Out Procedure:

Guests should return key(s) and complete check out at the office prior to departure. Failure to return room keys upon check out will result in a $25.00 charge per key.

Room Policies:

Each room is based on double occupancy and includes a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. There is a $25 charge per night for each additional guest added to the room.

Complimentary Cable and Wi-Fi is included with each room.

If you plan to order a package or room add-on, please allow up to 72 hours notice.

We do not allow smoking or burning of candles/incense in any of the rooms. Any room found to have evidence of smoking/burning will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.

If personal items are left behind, we will charge your provided credit card for shipping. After 30 days, all unclaimed items will be donated.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am in the “Old Kitchen” for guests staying at the Main Inn, Farmhouse, and Annex on the Bay. If you have any food allergies or food restrictions, please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.  

Pets:

We have one pet friendly room! The Quarter Deck room is located on the ground floor at our Annex on the Bay and is available to well-behaved pets. If a pet is barking, cannot be controlled and/or is disturbing other guests, we reserve the right to ask the owner to leave. There is a charge of $25 per night for each pet accommodated. Any other room found to have evidence of pets shall incur a $200 pet cleaning fee.”

Cancellations:

All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card number. Reservations cancelled 7 days or fewer prior to check in time will be responsible for a fee equal to one night’s stay at the highest rate plus taxes. Regardless of the reason, there is no exception for the cancellation fee, unless the reservation can be moved to another date. The cancellation fee will only be imposed if the reservation is cancelled the second time. Cancellations for a holiday or event weekend will be charged the FULL STAY amount if received less than 7 days prior to check in time. You must receive a cancellation email verification in order for the cancellation to be considered valid.

Discounts:

There is a 10% discount for returning guests, active military personnel, guests over 65, or for staying three or more consecutive nights, EXCLUDING holidays and rental of the Farmhouse. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are recognized only for bookings made by phone or directly through our website, not through third party booking agency reservations.
